Gus Swensen is the Owner of Cool Car Auto Air.  He attended and graduated High school in Columbus and attended Columbus State University. His A/C training began in 1980 when his father hired him to work part time on Auto A/C systems at the family business. He is MACS Certified as well as ASE Trained. He has trained at the Chevron Oil training center and the General Motors Training Center in Atlanta. He has completed over 40 training classes and seminars over the last 25 years. He lives in Columbus, GA  and has lived here all of his life  (except for a tour as a relief worker in the South East Asian country of Cambodia) Gus currently serves on the Mobile Air Conditioning Society Board of Directors. 	Joe Brown has worked at Cool Car off and on since he was 14 years old. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Leadership and is presently working on his Masters Degree.  As our General Manager he is responsible for the day to day operations of the business. He has extensive Technical and Business Training and was the previously the manager of Extreme  Fitness and  The Olympic Health Spa. He attended schools in Columbus GA and College in Florida. 	Jordan Estes is training to be  the Shop Coordinator. He has lived in Harris County all his life and attended Harris County High School. He plans to further his education this winter as a student at Columbus Technical College. He is presently in His second year at Cool Car although he has helped out in the summers since he was 12 years old. One of his Hobbies is fabricating just about anything.
	"Red" Gladden is one of our lead  Technicians. He has extensive training is this field and has worked the auto repair field for most of his life. He is from the local Columbus GA area and lives here toady.   More Pics of Red
	Ron Fisers is a Senior Air Conditioning Technician. He has worked at Cool Car for over 12 Years and is ASE Certified in Auto A/C repair. He holds several advanced training certificates and is MACS certified. He attended schools in Columbus, GA and has lived here all of his life. 	Bob Barton  was born and raised in upstate South Carolina. After Graduating from high school he continued his education by taking two years of Business Management and another two years of Automotive Mechanics. He also attended General Motors and Chrysler Tech Schools and received a Master Certification. He was self employed in the Auto Repair Business for 22 years before moving to Columbus.
	Ed Swensen is the retired founder of Cool Car Auto Air. He comes out of retirement every spring and resumes his responsibilities as Lead A/C Technician. His refrigeration training and experience spans over 6 decades and he is the recognized authority on A/C repair in the Southeast. He has invented many specialty tools for the A/C industry as well as one of the first Refrigerant Recovery Systems ever made. Ed served 2 tours of duty in the Korean War before he returned to Columbus, GA and started to work at Royal Crown Cola in the refrigeration dept. He retired from RC Cola and started Cool Car in 1969 on Morris Road in Columbus, GA.  He is a life long resident of Columbus and spends the winters on his Echo, AL pecan farm where he has Ducks, Chickens, Fish, Deer, Turkey, Dogs, Cats and numerous other animals. 	Willodean Swensen is our Manager of Human Resources and Benefits Administrator has been with Cool Car since it's inception in 1969. She was born in Echo, Alabama and has lived in the Columbus, GA  area for her entire adult life. She teaches Human Resource Management at Troy State University and is active in her church and other professional organizations. She attended Jordan High School and holds several advanced college degrees including a Masters in Human Resource Management. 	Charles Taylor  is 20 years old and was born and raised in Columbus, GA. He graduated from Jordan Vocational High School and is now attending Columbus Technical College. He is studying Automotive Service.
	Rafael Baerga   is our A/C Technician from Luquillo, Puerto Rico. He graduated from Liceo de Arte y Technologia of Puerto Rico were he got his Air Conditioning Refrigeration with PLC Associate Degree. He holds both EPA 608 & 609 certifications. He is been working with Refrigeration and Air Conditioning since 2001. He has worked for companies such as Burger King, Kress Stores in Puerto Rico and LAP Compressors of Puerto Rico. He recently moved to Columbus, GA with his wife Sylma and daughter Julieanna, his son Victorafael is still in Puerto Rico. He starting working for Cool Car in  the Spring of 2006. An added asset to the company is that he is fluent in Spanish.
	Mark Christiansen  is an ASE certified master automotive technician with certification in advanced automotive electronic engine controls ASE L1 specializing in a wide range of automotive services, with over 30 years of experience. Hometown is Bakersfield,  CA.  He is a graduate of Bakersfield High School, and attended 2 yrs continued education at Bakersfield Community College in the automotive field. Played a vital role in the daily operations of an independent Goodyear Automotive Service Center in Bakersfield, CA for over 21 yrs. He stopped working in 2005 due to a knee disability then relocated to Georiga where he took 2 yrs off, then decided to lend his knowledge and professional experience to the Cool Car team.  He now lives in the rural community of Box Springs, GA.  One with pride and the professionalism in the automotive industry ASE Cert master Auto tech Alternative ASE “L1” Cert ( ADV Electronic Engine Controls Management Experience for/with one of the largest tire and automotiv service controls in Southern CA In the 80's, managed an automotive training center in Fontana, CA Also licensed  “smog” emission test and repair technician and hold  numerous other advanced training certificates in the automotive field: AC DELCO FORD GM ALLEN HUNTER BEAR B&G GOODYEAR MOOG MONROE TRW BENDIX
	Jazmine is our office manager. She is originally from San Francisco but Columbus, GA is her home. She graduated from Hardaway High and is currently working toward a Bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in economics.
